Ursa Schöpper

Ursa Schöpper ist eine deutsche Künstlerin auf dem Gebiet der künstlerischen Fotografie und experimentellen Fotokunst.

Leben

Ursa Schöpper wurde in Westfalen geboren und lebt und arbeitet gegenwärtig im Rheinland bei Bonn.
Nach Abschluß des 1. und 2. Staatsexamens der Naturwissenschaften widmet sie sich anfangs der Lehrtätigkeit und arbeitet als ehrenamtliche Leiterin des Au Pair Clubs beim Verein für internationale Jugendarbeit Bonn.

Von 1991 bis 1994 studiert sie bei den Professoren Dr. Michael Bockemühl, Dr. Eckart Pankoke und Dr. Ulrich Krempel und erwirbt das Hochschulexamen für Kulturmanagement. In den Folgejahren konzipiert und realisiert sie als Kulturmanagerin diverse Projekte im Bereich des kulturellen Bildungssystems.
Für das von ihr konzipierte und als soziales Netzwerk realisierte Museum der Abwesenden Bilder erhält sie 2001 den Medienförderpreis NRW.

Seit 2003 arbeitet sie als experimentelle Fotokünstlerin und wurde seither mit nationalen und internationalen Auszeichnungen geehrt.
